Tomaso Schiaffino
Creative Director
Trained in Italy by masters like Rodolfo Dordoni and Denis Santachiara, Tomaso Schiaffino brings over 25 years of experience to his role as Creative Director at Design Qandy. His career includes collaborations with renowned brands such as Campeggi, Foscarini, Guzzini, Annibale Colombo and Bellaria Design. Tomaso’s expertise extends beyond practice, as he has also taught Interiors and Product Design at prestigious institutions including the University of Venice, Milan Polytechnic and the European Institute of Design.
Snehal Chavan
Design Lead
A graduate of Rachana Sansad with a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Florence Design Academy, Italy, Snehal Chavan has dedicated close to a decade to perfecting her craft. At Design Qandy, she brings her keen eye for detail and design sensibilities to create spaces that resonate with individuality and purpose.
Leonardo Salzedo
Senior Product Designer
With a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Scuola Italiana Design in Padova and a specialisation in Sustainable Design from Luav in Venice, Leonardo Salzedo has nearly 20 years of experience in Industrial and Product Design. He has served as Design Director for Tarkett in Sweden and designed restaurants for the Swedish chain, O’Leary’s. Leonardo has also collaborated with global brands like Electrolux, Sony Ericsson, Absolut Vodka, and Casall, bringing his diverse expertise to Design Qandy.
Rafaela Vieira
Senior Product Designer
Rafaela Vieira, originally from Florianópolis, Brazil, is a designer with a global perspective. Holding Product Design degrees from Instituto Marangoni and Politecnico di Milano, she has spent over a decade contributing to cross-disciplinary design studios across Brazil and Italy. Now based between Milan and Mumbai, Rafaela collaborates with Design Qandy, infusing her international experience into every project.
